Why do we use PDF documents to record our Minutes and Agendas?
Visitors to our website have many different types of computer and software.
Although most visitors are able to read the normal HTML web pages that are published here, It is possible that some may not be able to read the documents that we create for Minutes and Agendas.

We therefore convert our documents created in the Town Council office into Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) so that everyone is able to read them.
In the event that they do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, we have put a link on the Agendas and Minutes page for a Free download that Adobe have made available.
